WMS Students Help with Thanksgiving Food Drive

We are THANKFUL for the Town of Harrison, where over 500 families joined by Mayor James A Fife & the Harrison Town Council, along with Senator M. Teresa Ruiz, Assemblywomen Eliana Pintor & Shanique Speight, received a plethora of fresh food, including 40+ donated turkeys.

This event was enabled by volunteers from the Harrison Fire Department, Harrison DPW, Harrison Police Department and district administration including Dr. Maureen Kroog, Dr. Kevin Stahl, Clarisa Pimentel, Hamlet Marte, along with Kim Madalena and a crew of eager 8th graders from Washington Middle School.

Many thanks to Jesus Carrion and his family and the Harrison/East Newark Elks #2326. We are fortunate to live in Harrison, where everyone comes together to help one another.
